Delivery without shipping costs throughout Switzerland
We generally send your orders to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein free of charge. We use Swiss Post and the transport company Planzer to ship our products from our own warehouse. In the case of direct deliveries from suppliers or dealer partners, other service providers can also be used.
Large pallets and general cargo from a weight of 30 kg
Products that are particularly heavy are delivered on pallets using a freight forwarding company. Before delivery, the delivery company will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable appointment. If you cannot be reached by phone, you will be asked by email to contact us. If the destination cannot be reached directly, our transport partner will bring the pallets to the nearest access point (walkway).
Additional services such as deliveries to higher floors are subject to charges (more information below). Exceptions are noted directly in the product information.
Additional service installation or assembly
Do you need help setting up your new ABUSIZZ product? Thanks to our network of service partners, we can offer a variety of services throughout Switzerland. These supplementary services are provided by various partner companies. The costs vary depending on the type of service and the selected service partner. Information on whether a product can be purchased with partner services can be found on the product detail page of our online store. Of course you can also contact us directly for a corresponding planning and offer.

Please check the package and packaging carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately. Record everything with pictures or video so that we can help you quickly and easily.

Will I be charged for a return?
For a used product with the original packaging, you will only be charged for any transport costs.
If your product is damaged or if all parts are no longer included, we allow ourselves to charge you for the repair of the product. This should not be more than 30% of the purchase price.
